Today’s Heart of Texas Builders Association, (HOTBA), has been safeguarding and facilitating the builder’s ability to produce affordable new housing in the Central Texas Region for over 50 years.

Our professional electricians carry a license with the State of Texas Electrical Board and are supervised under Master Electrical Contractor, Mark A. Chatfield, Owner-Operator of Chatfield Electric.

Our new construction services include:

  • Energy efficiency features

    1-year warranty on all labor

    We work with residential and commercial contractors. We coordinate with the builder and architect to determine the electrical system design and schedule when we need to begin the project and set a deadline for completion.
